Mrs Kane is the Pupil Premium Lead at Burton Borough School, and she is dedicated to ensuring that every Pupil Premium student has the support, guidance and opportunities they need to thrive. She works closely with the Careers Team to make sure these students can access enrichment activities, employer encounters, workshops and tailored careers guidance that help build confidence and broaden aspirations. Her role is all about removing barriers, championing potential and making sure every young person feels proud of their progress, ambitious for their future and fully supported along the way.
